The objective of the project was to refresh the production environment for Zyqad application. Our consultants lead a team of 6 solution designers and application experts to perform the upgrade of 9 physical servers; hardware, operating system, Citrix environment and SQL databases upgrade. This was a challenging technical project which suffer major changes. Project goal in terms of scope and quality was achieved but the schedule had a 4 months impact for delay.
